L'espace client change de visage

The Kardox Media client area has been given a complete new look. The change is visual, but it touches almost every public page.

What changes

An identity of its own. The client area no longer looks like a generic installation: IBM Plex typography served from our own servers, slate backgrounds, a saffron accent, flat surfaces, and one-pixel rules. No font, no script, and no image is loaded from a third-party domain — displaying a page of this site sends requests to no one but us.

A light theme and a dark theme. The toggle sits in the navigation bar. Your choice is remembered from one visit to the next. Both variants have been measured: no text falls below the AA contrast threshold.

A home page that shows the rate over thirty-six months. The chart compares a flat line — ours — with the market's usual renewal steps, and puts a figure on the cumulative difference. It is the promise of the house, made verifiable rather than repeated.

Rewritten legal pages. The terms of service go from eight to nineteen articles and finally cover availability, intellectual property, force majeure, and mediation. The privacy policy details the data collected, the legal bases, the processors, the retention periods, and your rights.

Guides. A knowledge base in French replaces the sample articles: ordering, connecting a domain, understanding backups, changing plans, canceling.

What does not change

Neither the prices, nor the plans, nor your credentials, nor the way you order. Nothing is required on your side.

If something looks broken

A redesign of this size always leaves corners. If a page displays badly or behaves strangely, open a ticket stating the page's address — that is what lets us fix it quickly.
