Kardox Media hosts websites on European servers, at a price that does not move. That is the whole promise, and it fits on one page.
Who we are
Kardox Media is a technology company based at Campus Numérique 47, in Agen, in the Lot-et-Garonne.
We practice two trades: shared web hosting on European infrastructure, and custom website and application development. The first funds the second and serves as its proving ground: we host our own work on the same servers as our clients, with the same limits and the same plans. When something goes wrong, it goes wrong for us first.
What we do
Shared hosting
NVMe storage, MariaDB databases, professional email accounts, a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate included and renewed automatically, regular backups on infrastructure separate from production.
Automatic activation as soon as payment is received, with no minimum term, no setup fee, and no cancellation fee.
Website and application development
Design, development, and launch of showcase sites, online shops, and business tools, with the hosting and follow-up to match. Every project starts from a quote that states the scope, the schedule, and the price.
The plans
Three plans, three sizes of project. The rest — access to features, the quality of the infrastructure, support — is identical across all three.
| Plan | Price per month | Designed for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 2,99 € | A first site: a showcase, a portfolio, a project getting started. |
| Pro | 5,99 € | Five sites: an established activity, several projects run side by side. |
| Business | 9,99 € | Fifteen sites: an agency, or several activities to keep running. |
The complete specifications — disk space, monthly traffic, databases, email accounts, backup frequency — are displayed on the order page. They are the authoritative reference.
The price never moves
It is our only commercial commitment, and the hardest one to keep.
In the hosting business, the custom is to advertise a very low teaser rate for the first year, then to double or triple it at renewal, counting on the customer's inertia. We chose the opposite: the price shown at sign-up is the price of the thirty-sixth month.
There is therefore no launch promotion, no first-period discount, and no small-print "price after renewal" line. A change in our rates can only concern future orders — never a subscription already in progress.
This choice has a cost: it forbids us from buying growth at a loss. We grow more slowly, and our customers stay longer. That is the trade we accepted.
Where your data lives
Our servers are located in Europe, within the European Union, spread across several countries of the continent. Your sites, your databases, and your backups stay there.
We organize no transfers outside the Union: your data is governed by European law, from the first day to the last. That is what the GDPR means, and it can be verified — it is not a footnote.
Our client area sets no tracker, loads no font or script from any third-party domain, and measures no audience. This is not a selling point added after the fact: it is a design constraint that denies us certain shortcuts.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no trackers, no resale of data. Our model is the subscription; it needs nothing else.
- No forced selling. No pre-ticked options, no extras slipped into the order summary, no add-on billed for normal use.
- No retention through friction. Cancellation takes one click from the client area, with no justification and no notice period.
- No technical one-upmanship. We do not name technologies to impress; we describe what the service does.
How we work
No commitment, no cancellation fee, no minimum period.
Support is provided in French, by the people who operate the infrastructure — not by a separate department that would pass the request along. We would rather answer slowly and correctly than quickly and beside the point.
The preferred channel is the ticket, from the client area: it carries the technical context, it is dated, and it remains readable by both parties. Email works too, for everything that comes before an order.
What we do not promise
A serious host is also judged by what it refuses to write.
- No published uptime percentage. A figure that is not published and not measured by an independent party binds no one. We are bound by an obligation of means, and we say so.
- No migration presented as instantaneous. Taking over an existing site requires checks; claiming otherwise sets up a bad evening.
- No guarantee against your own missing backups. Our backups are a continuity measure, not a vault: keep your own copies.

For a request tied to a running service, opening a ticket from the client area guarantees the best follow-up. For everything else — a question before ordering, a development project, a clause of the terms of service that seems unclear — write to us: we prefer one more question to one misunderstanding.
